Meeting someone new always carries risk, and no platform can promise otherwise. What we can do is remove the parts that make it worse: a person reviews every profile before it is published, every confirmed booking gives both people the same meetup code to compare in person, and Delights never touches your payment. Here is exactly what we do, what we don't, and what should make you walk away.
New profiles start as drafts. Nothing reaches the public site until someone on our team reads it and approves it — and that isn't a habit we can quietly drop, it's a rule the database enforces. A profile cannot publish itself.
Review covers the profile as written: the bio, the services, the rates, the photos. It is not a background check, and it does not confirm who someone is. That is what the ID-verified badge below is for.
Identity verification is optional and profile by profile. A companion who wants the badge submits a government ID plus a selfie holding it, and a person on our team reviews them before it appears. Nobody can switch the badge on for themselves — the database enforces that.
Someone on our team compared a government ID against a selfie of that person holding it, and they matched.
It is not an endorsement or a character reference, it does not approve anyone's photos, and it is not what publishes a profile — that's the review above, which every profile goes through, badge or no badge.
Not everyone has one. If it matters to you, Discover has an ID-verified only filter, and the badge shows on the profile itself.
Browse ID-verified companionsOnce the end time passes, both sides mark what happened — Completed or No Show. If one side reports a no-show and the other marks it completed, the stories conflict, so the booking goes to our team as disputed instead of auto-resolving. If one side stays silent for 48 hours, the other side's report stands. And until you close out a finished booking, you cannot request a new one — companions cannot accept new requests either — so outcomes actually get recorded.
Delights' cancellation policy asks for at least 24 hours' notice before the start time, and companions can state their own cancellation policy on their profile.
A review written after a completed booking carries a Booking-confirmed badge. Nobody can award that badge to themselves — not the reviewer, not the person being reviewed. It is checked against the booking record at the database, not taken on anyone's word.
Reviews without the badge still come from real accounts, but they are not tied to a booking. Read them with that in mind and give the badged ones more weight.
Companion profiles also show their fulfillment history once there is one: bookings completed, no-shows recorded, and the resulting fulfillment rate.
This is the most important thing on the page.
Delights never collects payments or deposits for bookings. Payment is arranged directly between you and the companion.
Anyone who asks you to pay Delights for a booking is trying to scam you.
None of these is ever how Delights works. If you are being pushed toward one, stop and report the conversation.
Messaging on Delights is private to the people in the conversation — for a companion managed by an agency, that includes her agency team — and it is never public. It stays here for a reason: if something goes wrong, a conversation that happened on Delights can be reviewed, and one that moved to another app cannot. When you report a conversation, the recent messages are attached to the report automatically, so you never have to screenshot anything or prove what was said.
We do not scan your conversations hunting for scams, and nothing is flagged automatically. What exists is the evidence trail and the controls below — which is exactly what moving a conversation off Delights costs you.
Real people read every request, and we respond as quickly as we can.
Your profile is only as visible as you decide. These controls live in your privacy settings:
Tijuana is our focus today — it is where we are getting the experience right before adding cities. It is not a fence: you can browse from anywhere, companions can join from anywhere, and everything on this page works the same wherever you are.
No. Identity verification is optional, so some profiles carry the badge and some do not. What is universal is review: a person on our team reviews every profile before it is published. If you only want badged profiles, use the ID-verified only filter on Discover.
No. We collect no payments, hold no deposits, and run no escrow. Payment is arranged directly between you and the companion. Anyone who asks you to pay Delights for a booking is trying to scam you.
The one code both people on a confirmed booking see in their booking details. Compare them in person — matching codes prove you are both holding the same booking. Nothing is checked in or redeemed; it is simply a shared secret.
Both sides mark the outcome, Completed or No Show. If one side reports a no-show and the other marks it completed, the booking goes to our team as disputed. If one side stays silent for 48 hours, the other side's report stands. Until you close out a finished booking you cannot request a new one, and companions cannot accept new requests — so outcomes get recorded instead of quietly dropped. Delights' cancellation policy asks for at least 24 hours' notice before the start time.
Reviews can come from members who never booked, so read them with that in mind. A review left after a completed booking carries a Booking-confirmed badge, checked against the booking record at the database — it cannot be awarded to yourself.
They are private to the people in the conversation, and your privacy settings control who can message you at all. For a companion managed by an agency, her agency team can also read and send in that conversation. Messages are never public, but they are not hidden from moderation: when you report a conversation, our team can read the recent messages as evidence. That is what makes reporting worth anything — and why it is worth keeping the conversation in the app.
Tijuana is our launch focus, not a limit. You can browse from anywhere and companions can join from anywhere. We are adding cities one at a time.
